Online Resources
Online Catalog: Web-based access to online catalogs of all member libraries is available with the usual subject, author, title and keyword searching. If a book is needed, it can be requested through interlibrary loan service and delivered to the Library. Articles can be faxed or sent through the Internet by way of Ariel application to the Library office. It usually takes 3-4 days for a book to arrive at the Library. An article can be picked up by the student who requests it the following day.
Online Indexes/Directories
A variety of online databases are available for searching magazine and journal articles. Each university represented at the University Center provides remote access to different selections of indexes, directories, and full-text databases to their own students. Copies of articles for research can also be requested through the document delivery system at no charge. In addition to databases provided by member libraries, the Library also has access to several full-text journal databases and online encyclopedias.
